My aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can, while at the same time keeping the house in great condition and neighbors happy. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our apartment. But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.
Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. You can use any appliance and utensils. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
Heating/Cooling: There is a thermostat in the living room and in the master bedroom. Please ensure you lower the temperature to 58 off prior to check out. There are AC units in the living room and window units in the bedrooms. Make sure they are turned off prior to checkout.
Noise: As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm if possible. They have been known to complain. If noise is deemed to be excess and police are called you will be removed from the premise.
Laundry: There is a laundry and dryer available for you to use.
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
No shoes inside the home.
No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.
No parties or events.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
Quiet time after 10 p.m. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
No pets allowed.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
