The property is ideally located near shopping, restaurants and the beach - and the house itself is lovely and inviting. This is a large capacity home that sleeps...I dont know...maybe 8 or 10? “Beautiful house inside, convenient parking-kitchen fully loaded - Gabriel helped me out on a late checkout and even accommodated a last minute booking - will be visiting in the summer again -felt right at home very cozy -my daughters loved playing hide n seek and running through the living room dining room kitchen due to both walkways super convenient!”

“Gabriel's place was fantastic! We had a wonderful girls weekend with 5 women, and the entire place was perfect. I could see it being really nice for a family considering the bunk room, double bedroom, and master bedroom. Very comfortable, had everything we needed, and perfectly situated between town and the beach. We loved walking to and from dinner, coffee shop, and the beach/boardwalk. The place coming with beach passes was such a plus for us! We would absolutely book this place again next year.”

“True to description and photos, great space for my family of four to enjoy a week at the beach. About a ten to the beach/boardwalk and downtown area. This house is located on a busy (sometimes noisy) corner so we did not take advantage of the outdoor space but the proximity to all attractions outweighed this small down side.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the 4th of July weekend. The house is walking distance to the boardwalk and beach and also to all the downtown shops. The house was clean and the backyard was perfect to hang out in. There were 6 brand new beach chairs which were perfect for the beach. Gabriel was a super helpful host, as he responded within minutes for any questions I had. He even kindly let us use the beach badges the morning we arrived before we could check in to the house. Overall, this was a great stay and we would definitely rent here again.”

“This place was amazing, looked exactly like the pictures. The beach is a 10 minute walk so we loved it. We cooked on the grill, played games outside. Gabriel was attentive!!!! Like everything we needed he brought it within minutes. What an amazing host!!! We definitely want to come back.”

“Gabriel was very responsive and accommodating. We had a memorial service to attend the day we arrived and allowed us early access which helped us regroup, unpack and get ready for the services. He also helped us find a local florist, Purple Iris, that was able to have our flowers ready for the services. House was very cute. Plenty of beds and very clean. TVs in every room needed. “I booked Gabriel's place to stay on a major holiday and we absolutely loved it. Friendly neighbors and the boardwalk was a walk away! The beds are so comfortable and we had everything we needed for a short weekend. You'll want to get plastic wrap and foil. We didn't have that but we'll keep that in mind for next time. “My family LOVED this house. The location is perfect, can walk right to the beach and also right into town. It's walking distance to some of our favorite spots to eat. Everything about our stay we could tell the hosts really care about their guests and their experience. If we had a question, they wrote back immediately. They sent us recs for fun things to do indoors when it was raining. We loved the outdoor space /grill area as a place to relax at the end of the day. We also loved that it was an upstairs and downstairs layout, so when our kid went to sleep we didn't have to worry about him hearing us hanging out in the living room. Highly recommend, can't wait to stay there again.”

“I took my family of four along with my mother in law to stay in the area due to a wedding in the area that happened to be on our arrival date, leaving us with little time to arrive, unload, and head out to the event while my mother in law watched the kids. Gabe and Angela were extremely understanding of our crazy schedule and went out of their way to help make the logistics less stressful, which they did not have to do. Great hosts, and no surprise whatsoever to see how beautiful the house was both inside and out. Everything was remodeled with quality work and extremely clean and in working order. We were exceedingly comfortable. Zero complaints from either my wife or mother in law about the house (plenty about me still, but that's expected), which, in my opinion, makes the perfect review I am giving an understatement. I thoroughly recommend this property as it firmly checks both boxes: great place with perfect hosts. Thanks again!!”

“The place was outstanding! The second we got to the house we were just hit with a tropical and cozy smell. Everything is just as pictured above and even more. The house is very spacious and has all necessary amenities. Location is also fantastic because just down the street is the beach and the boardwalk, along with some restaurants too. Then on the other side of the street there are cute little shops and a grocery store, which all those things were very important for our stay. Everything was just amazing and would definitely recommend to everyone :)”
