About a ten to the beach/boardwalk and downtown area. This house is located on a busy (sometimes noisy) corner so we did not take advantage of the outdoor space but the proximity to all attractions outweighed this small down side.Barbara

We cooked on the grill, played games outside. Gabriel was attentive!!!! Like everything we needed he brought it within minutes. What an amazing host!!! We definitely want to come back.Sara

The house is walking distance to the boardwalk and beach and also to all the downtown shops. The house was clean and the backyard was perfect to hang out in. There were 6 brand new beach chairs which were perfect for the beach. Gabriel was a super helpful host, as he responded within minutes for any questions I had. He even kindly let us use the beach badges the morning we arrived before we could check in to the house. Overall, this was a great stay and we would definitely rent here again.Lauren

The AC worked well and the home also had air purifiers.
